These Terms & Conditions are a contract between you (“Customer”) and eSIM Europe(“We” or “Company”) and cover all payment and services made pursuant to this Website.

Nature of services

Company provides an eSIM service (the “eSIM”) to travelers who plan to visit any of the countries that we provide coverage.

Fee and charges

Fees for the use of our Roaming Service are assessed commencing as of the Payment Date. Our current fee schedule is posted on our Website and may be amended from time to time upon prior notice. To place any booking, we require you to make a payment of the anticipated charges.

In the event of an Invoice dispute, the customer shall deliver a written statement to the Service Provider no later than 7 days prior to the date payment is due on the disputed invoice listing all disputed items and providing a reasonably detailed description of each disputed item.

Amounts not so disputed or have been confirmed by a final court judgment shall be deemed accepted and shall be paid, notwithstanding disputes on other items, within 7 days. eSIM Europe shall seek to resolve all such disputes expeditiously and in good faith.

Cancellation

If for any reason you need to cancel your payment, you can do so without penalty before your eSIM QR Code has been delivered. After your eSIM QR code has been delivered, you cannot cancel your payment and can only be refunded if there is a malfunction of the eSIM.

Policy for fair usage of data communication

When the mobile network provider in the country you are traveling to identifies a massive volume of data communication, the communication volume for the line may be limited without prior notice in order to maintain network quality and fair usage of radio waves. For this reason, the internet connection may be lost or the communication speed may decrease.

In the event of usage restriction to mobile communication devices, etc. due to the reason above, the Company shall take no responsibility and the customer shall pay the usage fees, etc. to the Company.
